We're often told healthy eating is about watching the fat and sugar. However, nutrition is such a complex subject that only a comprehensive understanding of your needs allows for a good eating lifestyle. You may have chosen products branded as low-fat off the shelves, but a look at the nutritional information with an experienced eye reveals that most of these are packed with non-sugar carbohydrates, impacting the health in other - equally damaging - ways.

Many everyday items are marketed as if they're good for us. Did you know that pasteurised milk contains fewer nutritional benefits? That semi-skimmed or fully-skimmed milk is more harmful than full-fat milk? Or that pasteurised goat's milk is far superior to cow's milk? And did you know that eating fruit too soon before or after a meal causes digestion upsets? We're told that eggs contain cholesterol and should be avoided, but did you know that the cholesterol in eggs is part of the "good" cholesterol group and is absorbed by the body?

With careful consideration towards supplemental assistance, this may vary somewhat, depending on each individual who is just that - an individual! After an 'Analytical' look - once a detailed paper questionnaire has been completed, it becomes easier to make recommendations. Now, with this in mind I do offer a "Basic Pack" that all people, including 'sedentary or, sporty' types ought to have, to boost their immune system and improve their oxygen retention within the body.

As well as enhancing your ability to study, a suitable diet can also cure asthma. There are many common medical conditions that can arise simply from the diet we're eating. Among other things, I am qualified to advise on Nutritional Medicine, Nutrition, Dietary Therapy, Interactions Analysis and Metabolic Typing Analysis. Dental problems, Chronic Fatigue, Arthritis, Fibromylagia, Weight Problems, Hormone Problems, Digestive Issues and 'Untreatable' or undiagnosed health issues can arise from poor nutrition. What we provide is a 1-to-1 consultation to determine your nutritional requirements. If you're interested, register your details without obligation. All you potentially require is a single consultation, which includes one 2-hour assessment and a one-hour follow-up visit after six weeks. If you require further follow-up visits, these will be provided at a further cost. All details and prices can be found in the prices page. Once you've paid the initial assessment fee, you will be sent an email link to a confidential on-line questionnaire to determine if you have any diet-related medical conditions. The results are sent by email to my inbox and not stored, so that you can be sure that your privacy is respected.
